Borderlands premiere

Yesterday I was so excited to do hair for Jaime Lee Curtis for her Press for borderlands movie by Lionsgate and Makeup was done by Grace Ahn and styling by Jane Ross

Last night, I attended the premiere of Lionsgate's "Borderlands," and it was a fantastic evening. The movie, directed by Eli Roth, is a vibrant and thrilling adventure from start to finish. As the film opens, viewers are immediately transported into outer space, setting the stage for an epic journey.

The storyline weaves together elements of fantasy, friendship, and humor, following an oddball group of characters. Cate Blanchett shines as Lilith, a siren with mysterious powers. Kevin Hart brings his comedic flair to the role of Roland, a skilled soldier. Jack Black voices Claptrap, the quirky robot, while Jamie Lee Curtis portrays Dr. Tannis, a brilliant yet eccentric scientist. Ariana Greenblatt delivers a standout performance as Tiny Tina, a feisty demolitions expert. Edgar Ramirez is mesmerizing as the futuristic villain, Atlas, whose presence adds a menacing edge to the plot. Big Ben Davis, with his comedic flair, plays the bus driver who provides much-needed levity during intense moments. Florian Munteanu impresses with his incredible physique as Krieg, a formidable warrior. Janina Gavankar commands the screen as Commander Knoxx, the determined and strategic army leader.

Together, this diverse group embarks on a mission to solve an Indiana Jones-like puzzle that promises great power. Originally a popular first-person shooter game, "Borderlands" has been masterfully adapted into a film that captures the essence of the source material while creating an accessible and enjoyable experience for everyone. The chemistry among the cast members is palpable, adding depth and charm to their characters. Overall, "Borderlands" is a colorful, action-packed adventure that is sure to captivate audiences and leave them eagerly awaiting the next installment.
